To prepare Musakhan Roll we need
half cup of olive oil
4 pieces of chicken breasts cut into small cubes
(You can use pre-boiled breasts)
A quarter tablespoon of black pepper
A third of a tablespoon of seven spices
A packet of chicken broth powder
6 medium-sized onions, cut into cubes (as shown in the video)
A pinch of citric acid
A quarter tablespoon of salt
Two tablespoons of pomegranate molasses
5 tablespoons of sumac
A quarter cup of olive oil to enhance the flavour
5 to 6 loaves of saj bread (the quantity is estimated depending on the amount of filling added to the musakhan balls)
An amount of olive oil to brush the beans before and after the oven
A sprinkle of sumac for garnish
Bake in an oven at 240 degrees Celsius
It takes 20 minutes in the oven, more or less, depending on the temperature of your oven and the thickness of the tray used
To prepare the side sauce
A cup of yogurt
3 tablespoons of tahini
Juice of half a small lemon
A quarter spoon of garlic powder
A quarter tablespoon of salt
Add a tablespoon of pomegranate molasses to half the amount of the previous sauce after mixing it well
