Musala Pathway, Borovets, Bulgaria, Jan 2016

I love that run, probably my favourite run in Borovets! Skied there twice, in 2012 and 2013 and on my last visit I got the first gondola up the mountain and skied the whole pathway non-stop on freshly groomed snow with not another sole in sight! The first one down the run that day and can happily say that was the highlight of my trip, good times! :-)

bobby sargison We're going again on the 28th! Yes, we went a week earlier this year and had A LOT of snow for the first few days, we went on the 28th last year and had a load of snow on the last few days, so have been lucky so far!

Will be our third year at Borovets in Jan, we stayed at the Ela the first time, now we have a self catering chalet and tend to eat out

cool that where we staying in jan ela whats the prices like rhere food like ect am going there with no ides and be handy to know how much doe to take third season must be a good resprt

relatively cheap dude - there are some pricier bars around though, but still cheaper than most resorts! Ela was good, also some good places to eat around there!

This ride was right after big snow?) I was there in late Jan and thought this slope was closed)) Is there any way to the middle gondola station?

Yes, Heavy snowfall for the first few days we arrived. We were there from the 16th-23rd of Jan, there was a rocky section in the middle that was getting worse toward the end of the week, threw a few people off course! I don't think there's access from the middle Gondola, it's pretty much all the way down from the top

First if you are going to record for youtube just give us a run without stopping for a 3 minutes a time to wait on your friends... Second...put the damn camera on your chest and not on your helmet!
