AMYGDALA is the part of the brain that stores all your past traumas , your fears, your insecurities and it initiates the escape mechanism when you're in that situation again but it never erases the memories. The last part where the wall turns vertical means that he was trying to escape himself and everything that was hurting him but it only got tougher as the slope became steep and he was stuck in there. But through Haegum he releases himself from his past self and kills his other personas and focus only on the present and future.

heyo! psychologist in training here! so the amygdala has a lot of roles, but mainly it is essentially the epicenter of emotion: regulating it, experiencing it, and recognizing it in others. damage to the amygdala can cause slow processing of emotions, or less reactivity to emotions as well as heightened recklessness and impulsivity. it regulates your fear responses, like learning new fears as well as "startle reflexes" like fight or flight. to me, it's probably one of the most, if not the most, important aspect of the emotional control and regulation. :)

Yea. As an Army Mom (55 yrs old). Suga created a song/video that in speaking of 'his' RL past TRAUMA? Managed to grab MILLIONS OF ARMY - Who have suffered through Their/Our own.....past trauma. Many of us cried but Suga said the 1st sentence of his Rap "I Don't Know Your Name' for a reason. He was addressing his Army made up of millions...as in - We've ALL been there so, understand his story. Surprised...as either Hybe or YT recently added a 'Trigger Warning' to this vid and are BLOCKING new BTS Reactioners - trying to share this song - (demonetizing them) left n right. Wow.
