Not to be negative but it feels like this series is definitely more for MK's content than a genuine intention to help struggling business. There's basically no plan whatsoever for them to improve their business moving forward. Yes it helps to let public knows the shop exists but sometimes there's other reasons why the business is not doing well. Read the shop's Google reviews and I must say it's not that great at all.
Sorry but this kitchen set up is not enough to handle weekend crowds, need more racks or food preparation will take super long.

目前什么行业都非常困难经营。。。做生意,就是要开源节流。。我觉得老板娘的食物都是属于精品,Home made..个人意见,可以做omakase的方式。。这样老板娘也能控制食物,人流量,还有顾客等待的时间。。。看刚刚的video,应该在两个小时里,有十组左右的顾客,如果没有musang king 和李佩玲。。这个食物准备,接order,应该都会延迟。到时再美好的食物,顾客的不耐烦。。就很难有回头了。。当然最重要的还是一套流程,从顾客进门到顾客走出门的SOP.用系统把生意做到经济,精准,效率高。

Yes that kitchen is not for commercial use, even for home use the flow is difficult. You see review on google many complaint on slow service, kitchen definitely need restructure/ small upgrade
Although it’s home-styled Japanese food, personally the kitchen and decor itself shouldn’t be like home - it just makes the whole set-up too amateurish and not professional.
