Second time doing this and still as challenging as the first time I did this. Each section tested endurance. I adjusted the weights to continue in the second round. Thanks for making your workouts hard. 💪💪💪

Hi Michelle! I need to thank you big time for this workout; but more importantly for sharing your passion. I am 65 years old and have some back and neck problems and because of this I've slacked more than I should. Your workouts are fun and therefore I am motivated to do them!! This was really really good and challenging!! Thank you Michelle. You are fun and very knowledgable. I only have a 20 lb kettlebell, a 30 lb dumbbell and a pair of 5 lb. weights but it worked out well.

*these RIP workouts are so incredibly humbling but rewarding. it’s been an emotional week for me but i knew i could count on you to help me continue to do things for me and take care of my body!! over 545 active calories burned and 678 total calories burned! i’m in a calorie deficit right now so i burned a little less than i normally would have eating closer to maintenance but man the results continue to come! thank you so so much michelle.*

I had an extra hard time with this one. Ripped are always hard, but I think my body was just not having it today. I made it through, but I took a lot more breaks than usual. Definitely no weighted strength work tomorrow. Great workout as always Michelle and Crew!

I decided to do it again after last week and did much better the second round except for the lunges. Next time I’m using just one weight to focus on the leg itself and not the weight, went down to bodyweight but will try just the one weight hold next time. My whole body is shaking, took breaks and that’s ok, I’m working me

I want to stay strong but struggling with weight workouts. Tendonitis in left elbow. Can’t do arm weights with it at all. Even for only doing one arm this was a good workout ! I just have to do cardio during some sections like push ups. Making it work.

I did this one this evening, legs were spent but I did what I could and slowed down. First real ripped workout with weights like this, maybe next time I start lighter, it would it be better heavy then go down if needed. I’m so sore right now
