JK used to practice singing while running on threadmill & that's why his vocals so stable even when go intense performing... JK also said, that no matter how much he do dieting or how long..his weight never goes below 70kg and he has just 1digit body fat...meaning Whole of his body is just purely muscles that has incredibly crazy strength & stamina within...

He said before that he isn’t just exercising to build his muscles, he’s also building up his stamina and body to be able to handle performing for long time without losing his breath. No wonder he always has explosive energy and never ending stamina on stage. He even works out after a hectic hours long concert, He still has the momentum and energy from the concert, so he wants to keep that going and use it for his workouts. He is such a hardworker. They left out my favorite part of his workout from the in the soop 2…. Which was the most impressive part of the chin up excersizes… bc the last chin up that he held for a long time …. He started from hanging completely and did that last pull up staggered… so he pulls up 25% and stops then 50% and stops , 75% and stops and then held it at the top 😳 it’s so difficult to come up a little bit at a time like that.. especially since it was his last one and then he held it…. I don’t know why they removed that part 😂

Every time I see clips I want to rewatch Soop too....and I have watched it a lot...what is great about reactions is you get to see someone else watch it for the first time and re-experience the emotions etc of the first time through them....but I also just re-watch it on my own sometimes.

He didn’t say “I’m going to react to season one of in the soop again,” he said he wanted to watch in the soop… so I asked for him to react to the second one .. since he didn’t clarify one of the other. This is a comment section meant for feedback.. and requests are how reactors choose what to watch. It’s not your job to speak for shiki… he’s an adult and can speak for himself.
