माफ कीजिएगा मुझे ऐसा लग रहा है चौकड़ी लगाने पर बाँया पैर पूरे तरीके से नीचे नहीं आ पा रहा है,जैसे पैर मैं थोड़ी अकड़न हो, और सीढ़ियाँ चढ़ने पर बाँया हिप फ्लेकशन 90 डिग्री तक लगा। बाकी उखड़ू बैठने में कोई दिक्कत नहीं लगी। बहुत अच्छा कार्य सर जी।
