Mene 2 saal akhade me bitaye aur 2 saal gym me. Ab strength toh hai bas aesthetic physique chahiye. 180kgs deadlift. Bhi Marta hu 😇 Jai Siya Ram 🚩🚩

Both have clarity what they are doing. Logon yhi decide nhi kr paa rhe h aur social media pr kisi k body p comment karte h, ki tere leg nhi h bhai use nhi karna h leg ko train uska game nhi mangta wo, aksar log gymnastics walo pe comment karte h ki unke legs big nhi h aur gym walon se bolte h y to fadde h daud nhi pate h. So it is up to you to decide what is good for you.

Calisthenics krlo. It will give you amazing aesthetics, flexibility and strength. Although the stamina will be less than that of Ankit bhaiya’s desi akhara training style. And strength will be less than that of bodybuilding. But it will give you the best aesthetics. And strength, stamina, flexibility,functionality will be pretty proportional.
