I love how you review the cars and somebody actually drives them like they were meant to be driven! Those burnouts were awesome!

I liked the Tweety bird yellow with black racing stripes with the 383 V8 back in 71 I would walk by from school and the hood latches and hood intake

Keep these coming. I wish I could go to the Muscle Car and Corvette Nationals, but I can't start the weekend without looking at Muscle Car Of The Week. This is a mighty fine 71 Hemi Challenger. I'm of a young generation, but I love me a great muscle car.

+William Wingate yep same goes with me as a very young generation only 94 :D but man these cars is what i call (CARS)

+sabufinisher most guys my age are into their audi's and Mercedes, but here I am 22 years old talking about cubic inches, and ram air systems. Some look at me as if I were speaking a foreign language.

+William Wingate ohhhh I think that knowing what it is will be no problem at all...at least not to us gearheads...let the rest of them figure it out...

I'm just going to tell you them, "Brothers" have it all. Apparently a deep set of pockets and the ability to find cars that the rest of us can't even find much less afford. It's all good though, I'm glad they did, and thank you for showing us your collection.

We must be nearly the same age Kevin, I too had the Matchbox Superfast Dodger Challenger in red with white top back in mid 70s('74-'75 or so). I always thought Matchbox cars were much better made than the Hot Wheels of the era. The British made Matchbox cars were the best. I loved all the quirky cars/trucks of that era(my favorite was a Ford Capri that rocked it's engine side to side as it rolled!).Back to this car, the '71 Challengers(and 'Cudas) were the most distinctive of the production run(they are easily identified from the other year models). Great looking Hemi Challenger!

Afternoon Kevin. Not sure how hard that gorgeous MoPar was driven. The odometer, it stated 00001. You would know better then I if it underwent a full restoration or it just went past the 100K mark. Either way keep up the great work!

Ummm, did you say 71 hemi challenger convertible? I think you mean the 1970 hemi challenger convertible. The only other 71 you showcased was the black mr. Norm one.

My favorite Mr. Norm car is a similar one, minus the white vinyl top and white interior and auto. It once had a shaker but now has the fiberglass lift off hood and the front and rear spoiler/wing. I had him sign the diecast version I have

Soory but I don´t see the point in treating a rare classic like this one, through that IRRATIONAL MANEUVER called "Burnout" that horribly stresses cars. In the other hand this MoPar "Shaker" scoops, resembles me the B2 Bomber.
@sykwookiee9 жыл бұрын
sorry...but I don't see the point of coming on a muscle car site and making the IRRATIONAL MANEUVER of bitching about a burn out...which a muscle car was built to do...causing me stress...damn!

What nerd would order a hemi with a column shift? I can't believe Chrysler would have even offered that combination. That's got to be the dumbest option combo in muscle car history.
