OP, you phrased this badly imo. If what you want is women, perhaps a great selection even, then it is transitively important to be aware of what women want and deliver it. The problems only begin when you prioritise someone else's wishes over your own. When you are in someone else's frame.

A lot of these women who demand muscular men are not attractive or in shape themselves which is quite hypocritical in my opinion. Sure, I prefer strong/muscular men, that is one of the reasons why my boyfriend stood out. At the same time, I go to the gym everyday with him and can confidently say we are a looks-match. Don't demand something you can't fulfill yourself is the main point.

@@richardcopersroommate8928 You know I have been listening to redpill videos for quite a while now and I have learned more about my fellow sex from men than I ever thought I would. I think the awareness I have gained has led me to improve my own relationship with my partner and also view men as a whole much differently and respect them more. At the same time, I can look back and say I have mad a few mistakes growing up and I view women (collectively) in a different manner now that I know more about female nature and the male perspective on life and dating. It is very eye-opening indeed and I think more women should view this content in order to understand their male counterparts and the biases favoring women in today's society. Most men are undervalued and unappreciated and I have hope that this can change in the future.

It's basic primitive biology. Muscular men show: Strength = ability to protect Fitness = healthy (good genes = reproduction & live longer = long term utilty & stamina = Good sex) Basically it's good masculinity on display Women like to be held by a strong man because it makes her safe She also looks for hard muscles as just being large is not enough, she likes to feel high muscle density.

Could also just be obsessive or compulsive bhavior, and I'd argue it doesn't take much discipline for those that fall under the previous two stated things or even for those that simply enjoy it. I think the discipline is found in those who dislike or even hate it, yet managed to do it anyway. And those are far less.

@@lol69203 Those without discipline generally get poor results. They can obsess and compulsively go to the gym but its doubtful they would see good results as they won't know or understand when to stop *overtraining* The discipline I speak of not only gets you to the gym but gets you out of the gym before you damage yourself. Well unless you're going to include steroid users who dont need the recovery time of a natural lifter. I will concede that gym going is correlated with excessive narcissism so it's fair to say body builder types are prone to poor mental health too.

Matthew Morton You might see men as having more reasonable standards but are we actually not just as guilty as women. Women are looking for a specific person because nature tells them they need a protector and a provider, culture is showing them that a certain toxic individual is going too accomplish these needs. We as men are instinctually looking for a healthy woman to stick our dick into. Culture is showing us that the trophy is our best bet. I think our instincts which trump social conditioning doesn’t care about those high standards but are more likely to make sure others don’t find out should we stray a bit further away from the trophy acceptance standards lol. Women instincts aren’t as strong for sex so I think this is why societal standards have a bigger impact on them. Just my thoughts on the matter.

There is not one girl in that video that is attractive. I don't think my taste is different from most men. Alexander started with a great series a few years ago, that had attractive women in Australia. Men want to know the thoughts of women with a high SMV. Its an insight into hypergamy how women don't know that what they say and do are different. In the survey with photos, when choosing the women choose strong body guys, when asked what they want in the interview regarding body profile, thay have no idea what they want or what to say. It was a clever idea to present a real topless guy to the girls at the beginning, very clear.

First these chics were NOT attractive. But let me say this. I've been attending the classes (instructor led) at the gym which are 95% women taking them (not zumba etc) these are cardio/weight very high impacting classes. I'm 2yrs in since I started, I've lost 25lbs. I'm tall (6'4) and now I'm about 225-230lbs. Not overly muscular but fit/tone. Women show a LOT of attention, regardless of being married or not. But most married women who workout often their husband does not. Guys, women are not complicated, regardless of height be fit, dress with clothes that display your fitness level (women hate baggy clothes) and be confident (make eye contact until she breaks it). Never compliment or validate a woman they will always seek it from you because every other man gives it freely. If they did a video for men our attraction level starts with a VERY low body count women. Stay up! Stay blessed! #YOUFIRST

To the part about muscular women: Most people think that a woman who lifts weights is going to end up super masculine, when in reality it usually just leads to a flatter stomach, less flabby arms, and a bigger butt. The very manly looking women are usually taking something unscrupulous to allow them to be able to gain enough muscle to look that way.

The only thing that i can learn as a man is to become a chad like guy (of course you cannot change your height, general appearence etc. cause genetics obviously play a major role) but you can go to the gym every fricking day (or somewhere else) and work your a** off, become athletic, adopt a healthy lifestyle (Greg Doucette is about 5 feet 6 so this is normally a big disadvantage but he is jacked af and you should also try to reach your own fitness goals - you do not have to look like a prof. bodybuilder, but set a goal and try to attain it. A nice side effect will be that you will feel automatically better due to higher testosterone levels etc. and you can be proud of yourself). You can also improve in many other fields such as education or job/ income. However, when u finally are able to successfully participate in the dating market you should never forget how badly they treated you before. This will be really hard because once they are nice to you you will forget all the bad stuff that happened to you; all the anger and hate vanishes suddenly; this is the biggest problem IMO and it is the reason why so many men find themselves trapped one day). IMO the only rational thing to do is to treat them as badly as they treated you in the past. I would not reccommend searching for a high quality woman as Alexander does out of two reasons 1. She wouldn't have given you a chance when you were a nobody (and therefore i think that the idea of a high qual. woman is an illusion); 2. Even if you find such a high quality woman, she will lose here beauty anyways and you won't be attracted to her anymore. You have to dump them after a while like Leonardo does it. It is immoral but way better than living with a woman you do not adore anymore.

The problem with this is since many women don't set foot in a gym or pursue building muscle, they have little to no idea of what these different sizes are relatively. To a lot of women, someone like Zac Efron is skinny (6 solid months of training while gaining next to no fat); Chris Evans is average/natural (1-1.5 solid years of training with very little fat gain); Chris Hemsworth(Thor)/Henry Cavill(Superman)/Michael B. Jordan(Killmonger) is perfect/slightly big (1.5-2 solid years of training with very little fat gain). Dwayne Johnson is good to borderline too big (a literal lifetime of training). The reason for this, near as I can tell, is because they're only doing it relative to guys that exercise and guys they're attracted to, not the entire population.

When I was still kissing frogs and searching for someone to join my life I found my personal preferences went to women who worked out and kept fit and flexible, this mostly was because being 350lbs I tend to be more forceful and my muscles are more abrupt instead of fine muscle movements, I don't realize it but I am rough and firm and this often is not welcome with some women but experience tends to help. I'm ok with muscular woman, or just right, skinny (my least favorite unless she's willing to eat healthier), athletic, fitness model proportions may be the best but plus size is ok to- it's probably more of the coolness of the girl and beautiful no matter what size she is. God bless, Proverbs 31

Wow, they were so detailed. I’ve always just liked muscular men cause they look sexy and they also look like they can protect me.

Is it feeling protected that really matters? Because the police is there to protect people if they are in danger and people are rarely in physical danger anyway so having a personal bodyguard should hardly be necessary.

Jens Olesen Yeah, it’s not a huge necessity now a days. But it’d still be in the back of my mind though. Naturally I’d want a man who could protect me. Someone I can feel safe with. If a burglar came into my home and saw me, my husband would help me a lot faster than a cop would ya know?

@@brittanysmith3716 What makes me think that it's more about feeling safe rather than being safe is that it's rather unlikely to be in physical danger from other people in the western world and that if it was a practical matter more people would carry self defence weapons and especially have a gun in their home. The attraction towards height and size came from a multitude of reasons including being protected. We evolved to be inclined to be attracted to what was practical. That means that today even though most men don't want to have children with every women they have sex with they're still the most attracted to women who are the most fertile with the best genes who are the best at giving birth to and nurturing children. If you don't want to have children with that women it completely defeats the purpose. Similarly women evolved to like height and size in men for practical reasons. It's hardly necessary anymore to be protected by your mate so that's why I'm thinking that it's feeling protected that matters like for men it's feeling attracted to the women that matters, not whether or not she is fertile and can make healthy babies.

Funny that many women claim that muscles don't matter and they rather date a skinny dude I've seen tons of women who prefer lean or chubby guys. I'm muscular athletic build myself, showed a bicep to this girl on Omegle, she asked to see my face, after she saw my big forehead which is essentially the only negative thing in my face, she immediately said "not good enough" and skipped

One of the girls said, in response to the question ‘why do women like men with big muscles?’-“because it looks nice, doesn’t it?” From an evolutionary point of view, she has it backwards: it looks nice because they like muscular men.

It´s kinda interesting that we now live in an internet age, where even the most atrociously looking girl expect to land a perfect 10 man in every sense. It´s funny, because that guy won´t even look at them in real life. Guys on social media, Tinder etc gives even below average women unneccessary attention and validation. This is the problem.

No matter how muscly a woman is, unless she's a pro fighter, she's not taking me down or head locking or threatening me. I love women with a strong physique. Not juicing strong but just survival strong. I'll never be scared of a woman being able to best me. It's just so unlikely. If your gf is stronger than you, you should exercise.
