It's almost 20GB so for that reason I couldn't upload to my google drive or my icloud drive (they both have individual file size limits that this surpasses) and unfortunately I learned MEGA has a download quota. So you may need to have a premium account for $5 to actually download it. I currently haven't found any other free hosting sites that will let me upload files this big for people to download for free.

I think their 03/04 shows are alot better. Just personal preference but Matt's guitar tone was untouchable in that era. Much more Diezel VH4.

@@dani.kglastonbury 2004. supersonic 2003 to start. I have both of those upscaled here as well. Also any of the earls court 2004 stuff. wembley arena 2003. not full shows but a handful of songs.

*this was redone after an audio echo issue was pointed out in the last version. I didn't catch it initially (and still barely hear it) but it is clear that there were two audio tracks stacked on top of each other. A problem with the first conversion, this one is using only the stereo audio track ripped from the DVD source. Also the MEGA link download is already changed to the new version with fixed audio.

Incredible performance, the audio was pretty good for a live back then. The picture was bad and AI can't do shit and reinvent what doesn't exist. Thanks for the upload though

this isn't generative AI. It's just taking the information in each pixel and up-scaling it 2 or 4x depending on what the original footage had. It also has compression and noise cleanup which is something you could do in photoshop or premiere pro but this tool works alot better to clean up artifacting.

@chrisheckguitar First of all, great picture quality!!! It's really awesome and fantastic. Otherwise, the audio sounds a little bit weird to my ears. There is no panorama or reverb, but very dry and with less audience noise...almost like recorded in a studio without crowd. What did you do with it?

didn't do anything with the audio actually. The notice about "fixed" audio in the title is regarding the original upload for this which the conversion stacked two separate audio mixes on top of each other that I didn't notice. The HAARP DVD Rip I used had a regular stereo audio channel and also a 5.1 audio channel. I believe I deleted the stereo one and used the 5.1 only in this upload.

ok just checked. I had it backwards. In the DVD rip I used I definitely selected the stereo track and not the 5.1 and applied that to the upscaled footage, not the other way around. Maybe the 5.1 has more crowd noise if played on a proper surround setup. I can tell because the computer I do all my editing on, the 5.1 sounds SUPER thin. @@stephanchedor7627

@@chrisheckguitar One thing i noticed: There are a few songs, which are extreme Out of sync. Best example: Compare "Hoodoo" with "Apocalypse Please", what follows directly after. Video (AP) is around 150/200ms earlier than audio. Look at Matt plays the piano or Dominic on drums! Sorry for this, but i can't stand Out of sync and it occurs to me immediatly. Maybe you can fix that issue, but i have to say one more time, that this picture quality blows me away!😃

What AI and what settings were used for this? Also, you can use WinRAR to split the file into smaller ones (to upload and host on whatever free file storage/hosting websites).

It's Topaz Video AI. Not sure if I kept the settings saved for this one. Some of the projects I've done I've saved presets for.
