Been watching live Muse videos from 2010 and I kept thinking that there was something different about Matt's stage presence...not in his performance, which was riveting, as usual. But that crazy, explosive energy just wasn't there. Then I realized the performances took place after his break-up with Gaia. Now, in this video, like fukuro19 commented, I distinctly hear him sing, "Since I lost you." I don't know what my point is, lol--he apparently has recovered rather brilliantly. I'm glad. (:

This song is underrated. it doesn't make top 10 Muse songs for the band and so many die hard fans. I've for a long time shared your opinion on this song. New Born must come second. But rating Muse songs is hopeless. It's easier to say this list of 25 songs are my favourite Muse songs ;-)

Though at the time of Glastonbury 2010 I think Matt was dating Kate Hudson, and obviously we know how serious the relationship has turned out to be what with the engagement and the baby, but I think it's nice that even after he's moved on, he's still changing the lyrics for her, plus it gets a lot of sympathy from the fans who see him live I think:P

@GOR225 Incorrect. I seen them in 2008 and they opened with MOTP and I distinctivley remember the lyrics were "since I met you" during the whole song. But I seen them in Nov '09 and July of this year and the lyric was changed to "since I lost you" Most likely due to the breakup of Matt & Gaia.
