Musescore Drumline Test

Hey Guys, I brought over the musescore 3 drumline extension to musescore 4 for my future marching band projects, so I don't have to uses the basic sounds. First time writing for drumline so tell me what you guys think in the comments I would greatly appreciate it

If you're going to write a buzz roll for any section, mark them with the Z under tremolos. Also, sticking is literally the most important part of a cadence. If you want to go anywhere with writing drumline stuff, learning how to write sticking and working with alternate stickings and rudiments will be your best friend. Overall not terrible, it grooves well, though most cadences will be around 108-124 as that's standard march tempo and that way you can walk will playing them

Thanks for the great advice, wasn’t in drumline so new territory for me but it was a fun project nonetheless, I’ll be sure to incorporate these things in the next one!

How did you get that metronome count off? Like the sound

I did it a different way pre-muse sounds drumline release but now that it is out what you would want to do for the count off is 1. Add two measures before the first hit or note 2. Notate the 4 or 8 beats like you would any other note (it should be in the drum set tab when you press the N key) 3. When you’re done export the audio first then if you don’t want the count off notated in the final score, just go ahead and delete but keep the audio you exported Let me know if this helps :D
