Museu Condes de Castro Guimarães | Cascais Portugal

Located inside the Parque Marechal Carmona, the Condes de Castro Guimarães Museum
is the oldest museum space in the Municipality of Cascais.
Inaugurated in 1931, it was directed by figures of great prestige in the Portuguese cultural environment, such as João Couto, Carlos Bonvalot, Branquinho da Fonseca and Maria Alice Beaumont.
The Educational Service of the Condes de Castro Guimarães Museum has existed since 1964, when guided tours for school groups and plastic arts workshops began.
Services available:
Access for people with motor disabilities;
Guided and thematic visits for groups, by appointment;
Specific visits for school groups, by appointment;
Access to the Conde de Castro Guimarães Library, upon formal request to those responsible. Cataloging is available online .
