I wish one of the networks would pick you up to do a series. Perhaps on The Smithsonian channel, Travel Channel, etc. you have such a skill for this. And I, as a trivia and history geek, love this stuff. Great job!

Blockbuster couldn’t and didn’t edit movies. They offered rated R and “family friendly” rated VHS versions during the early years of their business. They didn’t carry unrated, NC-17 or other risqué versions until after 2000s. They would have been in legal trouble and run out of business for editing, not to mention the monumental task behind trying to edit thousands of tapes. They simply wanted their stores to be family oriented, which sorta waned over time. They eventually did carry unrated versions of select movies but nothing overly violent or vulgar. For the average Hollywood movie, Blockbuster gave you a complete studio release. It’s also worth mentioning that Blockbuster was not a failure. 32 years of running a rental business is a long time. The market changed and they no longer held a viable interest for consumers.

I loved Orbitz! They were so fun to drink and they tasted good. The gelatin balls had no taste. And I also had a Zune, I enjoyed it as well! I even purchased a pair of Oakley Thumps.. They were mainly made for runners, you could download songs to the glasses and use them while you were out running and didn’t need to bring an iPod or a cellphone to weigh you down, I’m honestly surprised to see those on here, I thought they were great!

The inventor of the Segway, Dean Kamen, is still very much alive. He sold the company to Jimi Heselden, an Englishman, whose Segway drove off a cliff into a river on his property. It's possible he might have had a heart attack. This happened in September, 2010.

Entertaining vid with so much fail! Thanks, JTL. New sub here. In the mid 70s, I got in HUGE trouble for eating a bunch of my Mom's Ayds candies. I totally knew they were off limits for kids, which made them even more enticing. The fact I kept eating after the first one is puzzling, since they were not tasty at all. Somehow, I thought they would be a delicious chocolate-y caramel confection. Confection, yes. Delicious, no.
