Just popped in to renew my yearly membership card so I had a Quick Look of the progress of Manchester Corporation Number 436 a1934 Crossley Double deck bus under total rebuild.

The 'O' is for the model series and 'B' is for Bus, according to Google. Good vid Alan😃😁

Cheers for that; so the L/M/N & O are previous models... I remember in the Services we had Bedford QL & Rl. three ton trucks...Bedford seemed to have a method with these codes.?? I have had one suggestion for OB =" Omni bus".or is that too simple...All Good stuff.....Best regards. Alan.

Bedford's OB model designation signifies 'O' as the model series and 'B' for bus.
