Museveni urges security personnel to combat crime effectively

President Museveni has urged security personnel to refrain from making excuses and instead utilize the available skills, resources, and techniques to combat crime in the country. Museveni made this statement at the Kabalye Police Training School in Masindi District during the passing out ceremony for 2,660 probation police constables and 57 immigration officers.
