He remembers good role of the Tanzanian leader Julius Nyerere on Uganda liberation. To me his message is that our young soldiers have to adopt this heroics spirits because liberation has no end.

I am not Ugandan, but one thing i know 4 sure he has done a lot of good things for the country going by what Uganda was when he took over power. The only big crime he has committed is over staying. U will remember him how good he was when he is gone, Uganda does not need a weak president , its a country with intelligent hardworking creative forward looking and strong people. You were the minister of defence under Uganda National Liberation Front (UNLF) lead by Lule. This was after the fall of late Idi Amin. UPC came to power after the election held in december 1980. This was fully in 1981 so how could you be the minister of defence during the time when UPC was in power when you fled after your defeat in the election?
