I normally do not label any food as super food. But one of my exceptions are mushrooms. Today any good grocery store will carry a large variety of mushrooms. One of my favorite one is white button mushrooms. Easy to clean, easy to cut, and easy to cook. My version is spiced lightly and goes very well for chapati or bread. The finished dish is semi dry.
