Did you ever do a part 2 to this video? I can’t seem to find it. Please keep making videos!! The breakdown of the movement and form along with some drills is just so helpful. These are gold! I’m sharing them with the other coaches at my gym!

Also if you are falling in some places, look at how your arms are. If they are far away from your wrist, then lean to the wrists. Example: I keep on falling off at three quarters of a full circle, the reason is that I am leaning away from my wrists instead of towards. Always be leaning away from the side that you fall from. Person I learned it from: Coach Dillan Club: Brawn's gymnastics

great video, dynamic elements are always neglected on youtube as well as specific prep for them, lots are strong statically but not while moving through apparatuses, keep up with the good job!

Because I don’t have access to a mushroom, can I learn circles on the floor?
@sidpaulson15 жыл бұрын
You can, but it can be very difficult. You will probably be better off finding a substitute for the mushroom, or building one yourself.
@ryan1240075 ай бұрын
what if you're not strong enough? I tried this for years and the most I ever got was 3/4.
@sidpaulson13 ай бұрын
Strength is not really a limiting factor on circles. If you're strong enough to support yourself in all the four main position on the floor for a couple of seconds the strength is there. It's a technique issue 99% of the time.

@@sidpaulson1 When I get to the 3/4 point, my body continues to move laterally and I can't bring my hips and legs back toward the center.
@sidpaulson13 ай бұрын
@ryan124007 Can be harder with longer legs. Just require more precise technique.
