This video features the Part 1 of success story of Mr. Drew S. Carillo, a mushroom farmer and grower and the owner of Carillo Kabute Food Products wherein he started his mushroom business for less than 1,000 Pesos.
Mr. Carillo, from Sta. Ines Centro, Santa Ignacia, Tarlac is a former livestock technician started his mushroom business few years ago with only a meager capital. But with his dedication and passion, his mushroom business become successful and contributes livelihood to their community.
Mr. Carillo also used social media as marketing tool to promote and sell their “Kabute Food Products” such as Crispy Mushroom, Mushroom Barquillos, Mushroom Barquiron and the like. The Mushroom Farm of Mr. Carillo also conducts technical trainings and seminars to those interested to learn and venture in Mushroom Farming.

ang ganda magtanim ng mushroom. Currently nagkaconduct kami ng study about growth analysis of White Oyster Mushroom (PF) on Various Substrate Combinations. Ang gnagamit namin is (70:25:2:2:1) which is 70% Rice Straw, 25% Saw dust, 2% Darak, 2% Molasses, 1% Apon. Tas nag utilize rin ng ibang organic waste like coconut pulp, mango dried leaves, and Spent Coffee Ground. Currently, nasa RTU kami nag caconduct kami sa RTU-Mushroom.
