Mushu, Dopey, Queen of Hearts and Ariel celebrating Disney PhotoPass Day at Epcot

On 8/19 Disney decided to celebrate their first official Disney PhotoPass Day with some special meet and greets at Epcot. Mushu, Queen of Hearts, Dopey, Ariel and Prince Eric came out for the fun event!

Phew, for a second I thought the guy in the cheap dragon costume was a new Mushu.

I thought in general Disney doesn't allow character cosplay by guests in the parks (so as not to confuse the kiddies). Has an exception been made for photo pass day? Or am I missing something else here?

What about Shan Yu? How does HE fit into all of this? And is the Queen of Hearts the only villain that is available?

What do you do once the photographer has taken your photo? Do they have some kind of magic band or ticket reader that you have to scan so the pic goes onto your account?

How did he get in with that? Is he special needs, cuz they don't let in adults with that good of a costume. They don't let adult wear costumes to their park, so what's up with that?

he prob kept it in a bag and changed when he got into the park. If you noticed there was a higher ranked cast member that (to me) seem pretty annoyed he was there. But who knows.
