Technically, the Music Company is HoYo-Mix. The one who develops games is HoYoVerse.

Her backstory is heart breaking😢 Before becoming La Signora "The Fair Lady", she was Rosalyne-Kruzchka Lohefalter, a young woman from Mondstadt. Around 500 years ago she fell in love with a knight Rostam. She left to study, while she was studying in the Sumeru Akademiya Rostam died in a war agains monsters. As Rosalyne came home to Mondstadt, she found out about the fate of Rostam, leading to her to insanity. After mourning, she decided to use “her life’s flame” to cleanse “the world’s crookedness,” becoming the Crimson Witch of Flame. She let liquid fire consume her, abandoning her mortal body. She only ever used her liquid fire to burn monsters and demons, but it gave her infamy amongst people and they started to fear her as The Crimson Witch of Flames. Before she could be fully devoured by her own flames, Pierro Leader of The Fatui (an enemy organization ingame) found her and decided to make her an ally. She was given a Cryo Delusion a human made copy of crustals that give people powers) to suppress her flames and became known as La Signora, the Eighth of the Eleven Fatui Harbringers. (Group of eleven strongest Fatui)

That is a sad tale but also really interesting to learn new things about the universe of Genshin. I always appreciate stories like hers in games where strong emotions overwhelm and change people and it just makes me wanna play the game all that much more.

I'm currently in the phase of revisiting older reactions to this piece and the Genshin 2023 Shanghai concert and I was wishing there would be new reactors to it and boom! this video appears in my recommendation! Definitely recommend listening to Childe and Scaramouche theme too! (especially Scaramouche's 😁) Edit: OH I just checked out your channel and saw you just posted a reaction to Scara's! Yay!

La Signora has one of the best boss themes in Genshin. Others I can suggest are both of Scaramouche’s boss themes and both phases of the All Devouring Narwhal, you won’t regret it

Signora’s battle theme is a masterpiece and I’m always happy to see other people enjoying HoYoMix’s music. For some slight context theres 5 regions out currently and the 6th is coming out in about 18 days, so it’s a good time to start! Also, there are live symphonies for each region which helps give you a preview on the musical identity of each region. My personal favourite is the “Fontaine Live Symphony” which is the newest one. As for boss themes, theres a bunch currently in the game. I can name some of them if you’re interested however, since you said you plan to play the game soon, in the interest of keeping you spoiler free on the bosses in the game I’ll omit that from this comment. Same reasoning for omitting context of Signora’s theme. The most recent region’s OST has had me in a chokehold ever since it came out last year and I look forward to seeing you enjoying more of their music. HoYoVerse does have other games which have equally as good music and I do hope you check them out at some point after you work through the plethora of Genshin content. Happy exploring!

I don't mind if you suggest things as the story and gameplay are as important to me as the music so even if i were to hear every single song in the game I'm sure i would still love playing it and the music will be all that more impactful in game. I also intend to start mixing in tracks from the other Hoyoverse games too :D

Man i love Yu Peng Chen, an old composer of hoyomix genshin's music studio but he really should be The composer because man he is great. He's quit hoyomix by now unfortunately to do things himself. Though he isnt working with hoyomix anymore, he is making solo music on his KZbin channel. If you want some background music while on the porcelain throne, you can check it out, not telling you to make videos dedicated to him. As for his work in hoyomix. A lot of the weekly boss themes like signora was written by him. So stormterror, andrius (underrated by the way), childe/tartaglia, azdaha and wow its an experience, signora of course, raiden shogun, the best piece in genshin scaramouche boss theme polumnia omnia (fun fact, he himself sung as the lead singer, the in-game version.... Any future live versions are done by a completely different voice range.... ), and i can't remember if he did guardian of oasis. Not to take away from the other composers in hoyomix btw. Reqium resonata, the chasm battle theme, midsummernaught fantasie, basically all of the sumeru battle themes. The new weekly bosses like alrechinno and narwhal are definitely more digital but still great We haven't even talked about the casual non battle pieces like inazuma main theme, port ormos, caress of three mothers, genshin is something man

Is been 4 years since the game launch, and of all this s still my favorite boss theme, she is a weekly boss and i just go to battle her for the amazing fight and song.

I think there's approximately 4 hours of Genshin music I would strongly recommend... But where to start?! The boss themes and the regional orchestra definitely are good places tho... In fact the music by Hoyomix was what drew me to this game before anything. Edit: I don't think these are the official lyrics in the video

Nothing sadden me more than falling out with Genshin, gameplay wise, but my obsession with its OSTs never went away. It's just masterclass really. I highly suggest you check out each region's main themes and boss fights ost to start, tho there are so much more that I cant recommend them all since the total number of tracks reached 4 digit sometimes ago
