Yanamandra Venkata Subrahmanya Sharma, better known as 'Mani Sharma' , began his career as a programmer under S Rajeswara Rao. His versatile and innovative approach caught the attention of RGV, who invited him to work on his films Antham and Raathri. Since then, the musician has never looked back and has produced some quality albums such as Choodalani Vundi, Bavagaru Bagunnara, Narasimha Naidu, Samarasimha Reddy, Preminchukundam Raa, Kushi, Murari, Gentleman, Lie and Ismart Shankar. We had the privilege of sitting down with this legendary and magical musician, who shared with us the challenges behind some of his classic works, his early days, and his philosophy of creating a memorable score.
