Graduated with my Bachelor in 2018, and used it through the ENTIRE program. Helped me concentrate so much better. 2023 and still using it for my ADN program, used it for all my prereqs as well, and will continue to use it for my future degrees. When I don't use this, I can't concentrate. RECOMMEND 100%!
