I hope you enjoy my new harp solo for the Winter Solstice. We got our first big snow today, but a couple days ago, winter at the lake looked like this. Listen for the feeling of hopefulness, the light will return after the dark days of winter.

Love the serenity in this piece, & how it moves from reflection into hope; the perfect piece for me to learn at the start of a new year ✨🎶💛 Thank you for another stunning piece, Anne!

Beautiful, especially as I've been watching the north star recently with the plough and the rest of the constellations moving position around it. Movements that have been plotted for thousands of years and marked on the earth by the ancients- as above so below. We have had thick snow for a week here, I'm eating hot soup but shivering as this music gives me tingles. Thanks Anne

My little corner of Indiana got snow yesterday, but it didn't stick to the ground for long. This piece delivers a dignified beauty that encapsulates all that nature is in the wintertime. I have not been appreciating that beauty this year, but now I'm inspired. Thank you, Anne!

@@rebeccaroseadams8694 I love that I don’t have to get up too early to see the beautiful light at sunrise. These clips were taken at about 8am a couple days ago. Wishing you some beautiful winter mornings in your corner of Indiana ❄️✨❄️

Very pretty song. The one part where the sound becomes more happy sounding in the beginning reminded me of “up up and away in my beautiful balloon!” Or “would you like to fly in my beautiful balloon?” 😊Some younger people probably aren’t familiar with it. But I loved it as a kid.😊

Beautiful music and lovely video! Is this a new harp? It doesn't look like the FH36 or the smaller harps that you play in your older videos. Very pretty with the inlays, and gorgeous sound!

Looking at your older videos, I think I must have misremembered, as I see this harp in a lot of other videos 😅 I probably had it mixed up with someone else's harp.

@@webbfamilyau Hi Fiona ❤️ Yes, you can quite easily move the low left hand patterns up an octave and play as triads where needed.
