I am on the Division 1 rowing team for the college I attend, and balancing work is a really hard task to do. I am also in the Honors Program for the college as well and that doesn't make the work load any easier. Going to the library at my school and putting this on really helped me calm down and get right into work. It helped me focus on the tasks i needed to do and I definitely will listen to this again. If you are struggling like I am now, I hope you know that everything will work out eventually, you just have to take your time and be healthy about it. I hope you all are doing well and I know you will crush it, no matter what you are doing ❤
