@@abepresume8132 I would like to see you speak proper Russian. Go on, learn 2 or 3 more languages so you can be on the same level as most Europeans and then show me your skills. You will lose your confidence and audacity very quickly.

“north american music is black history” to be more precise and still most of these genres evolved from interactions between different stratums of society

Okay why lie about Hip Hop being 100% Black American. Latinos and Caribbeans were there but our backgrounds are totally indifferent to one another's. A lot of non Black Americans were just granted full access to the U.S. in the late 1960's when every element of hip hop was in use in the Black American Culture for decades if not centuries. So to say they brought dancing or percussion to us is a lie. They were our first students and then they contributed and help push "The Culture" further. But they did not create it, rapping, dj'ing, artwork, dancing, and fashion are staples in Black america long before immigration as far back as the 1920's on tape (google it). Great piece I love the detail just was shocked by that omission when it was so beautifully put together. Have integrity in journalism. Protect The Brand!

Latinos had ZERO to do with the creation of HipHop! Stop trying to give our accomplishments away!
