I'm not going to lie. Gabriel Henrique will give Putri Ariani a run for her money. He is technically superb. How he manages those whistling notes, I do not know. I've not heard any male singer do that in my entire life. But what Putri Ariani has is the ability to change her color of her tones, and the volume of her notes at will. But honestly, as at present, I'd go for a 50 to 50 split of either winning the finals. Except that there's a dark horse in there. Lavender might have overwhelming native support, and I wouldn't blame the Americans either. Identity and nationalism could play a huge part in the outcome, and all the farce about which of those two is better, Putri from Indonesia or Gabriel from Brazil would count for nothing, so watch out for a spanner in the works.

Well, in the first round Putri Ariani was better, but in the second round Gabriel Henrique was better. So I hope both of them have a bright future, I don't care which one wins at this point, both are just marvelous and a total pleasure to be listened.

I don't think Putri will win because I believe the winner of AGT gets a year contract in las vegas and definetely Gabriel has a whole package to offer to big audience, with great repertoir. It's like listening to the greatest Diva singers in a male's voice. Putri is perfect to bring in watch viewers because it's impressive to see but I wouldn't pay to see her in concert, I don't see her on a tour with sold out tickets just because she sings well and plays piano. Americans loves to listen to a powerful voice.

Wow, what a transcendent performance. Beautiful staging, and Gabriel owned that stage. He certainly poured his magically unique, creative, masterful artistry and passion into this song (which was not his choice of song...that's "reality" tv for you) and made it his own. He wore the heck out of that gorgeous suit, looking like the superstar he is! SO happy for the international exposure he gained through performing on AGT, and at the same time relieved that he is not obligated to any of their unscrupulous contracts. Don’t feel alone, I cried last night watching this….I cried through a couple of reactions and I cried just now again with you. This is what this man does to make you feel and it is not a small talent, it is huge. When I first heard the song I was like, hmmm 🤔.
