This is such a heartbreaking song that she wrote for one of her good friend who was in very low place trying to support but right before she had scheduled to release this album, her best friend took her own life and IU postponed the album release and the concert. I recommend for you to read the lyrics and it will touch your soul even more. IU's songs lyrics are so beautiful and you must understand it to fully enjoy her songs. This clip was even more heartbreaking because right before she came back up on the stage, she her the news and another one of her friend took her own life also. IU's MV's are also very meaningful so check that out as well as MV & Song explained clips. IU is one of the most respected and loved solo artist in SK and welcome to IU's rabbit hole and good listening.

this song works, bcs its sung by IU :') love poem lyrics : I’ll be there, behind you when you walk alone Singing till the end, this song that won’t end Open your ears for just a moment I’ll sing for you, who is walking through an especially long night iu has many "eternal songs" or "culturally popular" songs, so yes ... her songs will be there (for fans and for S.Korea citizen) when they need. Its a believable lyrics and song, sung by a trustable singer. Some of IU's SK culturally popular songs : Good Day (2010), Merry Christmas in Advance (2010), You and I (2011), Meaning of You (2014), Friday (2013), 23 (2015), Through The Night (2017), Palette (2017). Even her B-side or her less popular songs will still very well known by people, for example Taking a Train (2009) and Lost Child (2008) are used by some idols as audition song in their respective agency.
