As a person and musician who loves more “complex” music it’s lovely to finally find a reaction channel that does more than just make silly faces when something happens during a song. You actually analyse it, and not in the way that all these “vocal coach reacts too...”-types of channels. You understand the music, you feel it, and you don’t talk down to people when you explain yourself. You’ve earned yourself a new subscriber, keep it coming man!

Finally, a reactor that "gets" the heavy, confused, and slowing ending to the song. Bravo to you. The videography is award worthy in this video. The song was written as a partnership between Spiritbox and Dylan from Versa films, whose grandmother, Constance, or Connie, is in a long term care facility, and has suffered from dementia for years. The family has not been able to visit Connie, as well as Courtney not being able to visit her grandmother prior to her passing. The picture of the nurse in the video is "Connie".

I noticed the slow down at the end the first time I heard this and I was blown away by how well it fits the meaning of the song. It was an excellent creative choice. It felt to me like the slow decay of one's mind who suffers from dementia and the like. Took my breath away.

I honestly love your pauses. You don't just pause to pause. You thoughtfully analyze whatever song you're listening to and you inject a bit of humor or of your personality into the mix. Between that and your ability to play a song you're listening to for the first time like you've heard it a hundred times before this has quickly become my favorite reaction channel. Courtney wrote this song in memory of her grandmother who passed away last summer. Due to the pandemic, and the border being closed, Courtney was unable to go to her grandmother's funeral. Her grandmother always wanted Courtney to sing a pretty song at her funeral. This video is dedicated to the video director's grandmother who is name Constance and is battling dementia and living in a long term care home. The people and things disappearing was her losing her memory . At the end was her not recognizing her husband. Also the picture of the nurse in the video is a picture of the real Constance.

And someone else pointed out that the others make stupid faces and add no value, you teach.
