your videos have been helping me so much. I am begining a smal group for music activities, actualy, i dont want to call it a choir, becasue the ladies would not be interested. So I call it music therapy. Here in Florida you can if you are involved with music, you dont need a license for that. Anyhow, i am trying to rehearse some songs, and have them singing, you know, like to the point they would realize that we have assembled a choir hahahahahahha. Thank you so much!!! Hi there! So glad you are finding my content helpful. I actually live and practice in Florida! You are correct you don't need a license to practice using music in therapeutic ways in Florida, but you do need to be a board certified music therapist to call it "Music Therapy" specifically. I am so glad you found a way to use music to help others :)
