No way. It’s easy to remove the side and top covers.

There's a plug pipe in the fittings. Connected to the boiler.

Depends how old this is a newer machine I would never do this. Your daily cleaning monthly flushing clean water should be fine I would never pay someone for this.

Hi.. you mean the pre-infusion? Using Pre-infusion is by putting water in the coffee puck at lower lower pressure. You may watch other videos to activate/deactivate this program.
