I’m a Christian but I’m overwhelmed by the Bhakti movement that has happened in this country and as a student of Carnatic music, im in tears listening to the Nama Sangeerthanams by the devotees on Shri Ram … Ram Mandir has united this country indeed the whole Vasudeva Kudumbakkam … I wish Shri Thyagrajar was here to see this … and him singing in the Temple … 😢 and all your songs especially Atha Kote is my favourite of yours singing. May the Lord continue to bless you in your service Ranjani and Gayatri akkas

This is just the ancient sanatana roots and cultural heritage from thousands of years ago that your ancestors were following and is resonating in you now. Also your inner spirit is hinting at this path to advance spiritually in this lifetime and possibly more. Ancient Indian heritage, philosophy, dharmic principles and culture has survived centuries of invasions by barbaric forces that destroyed our temples, burnt knowledge manuscripts. It has survived white washing and belittling and divisive narratives. by western colonial forces after that. Just imagine this is over 7000 years old as per archaeological evidence and it's still going strong despite all attempts to destroy it. Simply because there is a lot of truth, peace of mind and spiritual attraction and elevation. Also there is no contradiction as it doesn't condemn other religions or coerce conversion with negative connotationsof hell. So it is upto the Atman to be guided over lifetimes towards peeling the humanistic ego or identity and progress in it's spiritual journey. This happens with a combination of mantras, meditation and philosophy or knowledge but just mantras alone with some belief has incredible effect on the physical mind and stress. I am a, senior citizen of age 75. Already I am overwhelmed with Ram Mandir at Rama's birthplace. Tears rolled down when I listened. Songs should be sung with the Bhakthi Bhava of Mahaan composers. You both internalise & sing & hence it touches our heart. May GOD Shower HIS Blessings on you both
