4:35 This is absolutely incredible. Many people don’t know how hard this truly is. There are rarely any pianists who can play the third movement of moonlight sonata without messing up or doing unexpected slow downs. The fact that he is playing that so well with no mistakes and at this part specifically doing it with both hands and improvising is outstanding.

Fur Elise and moonlight sonata are my two absolute favorite pieces of classical music and I absolutely love this take on sonata. The way I see it is fur Elise was a love letter to the person he adored and moonlight sonata was his response to the rejection of his letter and it's so beautiful to think about while listening to this (beautiful in a sad way I should say.) This rendition really adds a lot of emotional power to that idea as well!

I am in awe, this is really fantastic, even without the musical effects. You never ceased to amaze me.

If Beethoven were to hear of this, i wonder what he would think Would he be amazed, horrified, astounded or break down in tears?

There's always a way. I got plenty of illegal songs on Spotify. First, figure out a way to download youtube videos so that they are yours. Then, it's easy. Get on Spotify and it should come up on your local playlist. Play around with it until you can download it on to Spotify. Then, it's yours. Cheers

It's always so funny how most youtubers forget the second movement ever exists

He told this in another video.. He finds the 2nd movement boring

Beethoven composed the first movement and went for a walk on a trail, to be able to think about what the second movement would look like. Meanwhile, Mozart entered Beethoven's house and composed the second movement. When Beethoven saw that, he got extremely angry and improvised the third movement. Historical fact-checking seal: 🆗
