I was blessed to be part of the stage crew for the Spinners 1977 just a year after this recording. It is true they were absolutely amazing in concert!

You’re one lucky man . I can just imagine what it must’ve been like to wittness greatness like that up close and personal. Spinners are one of the most impactful groups to this day . They were out long before I was born and this performance was 3 years before I was born . But this is one of the best performances I’ve ever seen in my life .

@@janeharrison1713 According to Wikipedia Philippe Wynne died of a heart attack while on stage at a nightclub on July 14, 1984. All Music states that he died in October 1984 during a concert. Others here are citing his demise as well. So is there a Philippe, Jr. ?? Has the Rev. Roy channeled Philippe or what?

My name is Sadie... I am a single mother of a simply wonderful 6 year old young gentleman... He is my world.. I fashion our lives around morals, simplicity, and common sense.. I would very much like to be like the 'Sadie' in this song... I try my best, I work full time and barely have time for meals and cleaning, and homework... but I find time... this is simply inspirational... and nothing less... Thank you Spinners! You made my world!
