My grand mother is ill . She is in pain . I am in the hospital. It’s really heartbreaking to see your most loved one in such pain and discomfort. I just hope she gets well soon . I am just trying to relax myself by listening to this . A long way ahead in the morning, not sure what is in store for me , for her or for our family . But I will keep moving and won’t loose hope on her . Hope everyone stays safe

Once upon a time, I used to climb on the roof to watch the sunset. Take advantage of cooking rice, cleaning the house as soon as possible to carry the ladder to the roof. Sometimes, if you want to hug your cat up with me, but after a few stairs, she is afraid of heights, so she scratches me and then rushes to the ground. As a result, from then on, i went up and down by myself like that. The feeling of peace, lying on the roof watching the sky, watching people on the street, watching parents in the garden is really peaceful. Now that I'm older, I can't get the chance to go back to that peaceful moment again. Ngày xưa mình cũng hay leo lên mái nhà để ngắm hoàng hôn. Cứ tranh thủ nấu cơm, quét dọn nhà cửa xong thật sớm để vác thang trèo lên mái. Cũng có khi muốn ôm bạn mèo lên cùng mà được vài bậc cầu thang là bạn ấy sợ độ cao nên cào cho mình một nhát rồi phi xuống đất. Kết quả là từ đó cứ tự lên tự xuống 1 mình như vậy. Cái cảm giác bình yên, nằm trên mái nhà ngắm bầu trời, ngắm cả người đi đường, ngắm bố mẹ dưới vườn thật sự yên bình. Giờ đây lớn rồi chẳng thể có cơ hội để quay lại giây phút yên bình đó nữa.

"a sense of security" someone wrote. That's the feeling and comforting. But I have trouble feeling my own emotions rn. I have been for a few months now. This music used to make me "connect" if you know what I mean. Like relax my mind and connect with myself my emotions and feelings. I think my mental health maybe is in a worse shape than ever. It feels like I'm not here in my own mind it feels like I'm gone. It feels like I've shut down. Anyway.. This is my absolute favorite channel.
