I have someone's cat chilling out side my house and I don't know the owner. She has a collar but it has no information, I can't let her inside my house because my dog will attack it. I knocked on my neighbor's door but got no response, it's 12 am and I think I'm just going to haft to leave her out here for tonight, hope for no rain.
