I love this! I just found it when I was in a very emotional state and I was looking for music to shake to. Thank you - this music is a vibe!!! I'm doing a 30 Day Forearm Plank Challenge with my sister. I knew I needed some beats to keep me motivated for today's 3 min. hold and this music was IT! I felt so motivated, I lasted longer than was necessary and had enough juice in the tank to crank out some squats, push-ups, a weights circuit and, of course, dancing.
