Welcome to The Warning and their fan base The Warning Army (TWA). I've been supporting these young women for a little over a year and I cannot say enough good things about them. Amazing song writers, arrangers, and musicians. One of the best live bands I've ever seen, and to top if off they are some of the nicest people you will ever meet. They just released several live videos from a show last year that I highly recommend. Enjoyed your reaction. The Warning are three sisters from Monterrey, Mexico that started making music very young Alejandra (Ale = Aleh, not the beer. Bass, backing vocals and keyboard, the youngest- 18) and Paulina (Pau = Pow. Drums, backing/lead vocals and keyboard, middle sister 21) at 3 and Daniela (Dany = Dany. Guitar, lead vocals and keyboard, the oldest 23) 5, all learning classical piano. They got the video game Rock Band and fell in love with the feeling of performing on other instruments. Their father asked if they wanted to learn another instrument and the girls jumped at the opportunity and gravitated to the instruments they played in Rock Band. They had been uploading their musical journey to KZbin for their family to see and had wanted to try and play music together as a band around 2012 and started rehearsing for a small performance for their school xmas show. Well They loved the experience so much they began learning and playing cover songs of hard rock and metal bands. One song in particular shot them into the limelight. That song, "Enter Sandman" by Metallica had gone viral (currently over 22 000 000 views) and had gotten the attention of Metallica, Dee Snyder and The Ellen Show! The Warning wrote, composed and recorded an EP called Escape the Mind in 2015 to experience that whole process and to determine what type of music they liked to make... Thankfully they chose Rock/Hard Rock! Ellen Degeneres invited the band to play live on her show, to which they accepted and played "Crazy Train" by Ozzy Osbourne, after the performance Ellen and Target awarded the sisters $10,000 each to attend Berklee School of Music in Boston, Ma. USA. They performed a number of small and large shows afterward and began writing and composing new material for their first full length album "XXI Century Blood" in 2017. They supported this album with some very high profile gigs like opening for Def Leppard and separately The Killers for two shows each in Mexico. Also following other large rock bands in a couple music festivals. In 2018 they wrote and recorded "Queen of the Murder Scene" and released it in November of that year and have toured Mexico and South American venues. In June of 2019 they released a single, "Narcisista". A scathing rebuke of their Mexican critics that had accused the band of being "Malinchista" a Mexican term used to call out cultural traitors, because the group has only recorded English language songs. Well this song is in Spanish and it is full of attitude and angst fired toward those critics. This was recorded live in June 2019 at Foro Didi in Monterrey Mx (their hometown) - kzbin.info/www/bejne/hWiscnieg5mFg68 The Warning is totally fan-funded through Patreon, KZbin and crowdfunding platforms like GoFundMe and Kickstarter. They have turned down offers from record labels and talent shows like American Idol because they did not want to lose their control of their music, image and wanted to focus on learning. In fact in one interview with a record label they were asked if they would rather play to 12 people or 12000. Paulina piped up and said The Warning would rather play in front of 12 if it meant they would keep their integrity and could play the music they want to play, how they want to play... That is the most Rock n Roll quote ever! So after a very successful Kickstarter campaign to raise funds for a North American tour and to record a new album achieving their goal within 24 hours and surpassing that goal by 600%. Unfortunately the Covid-19 Pandemic forced the band to cancel their tour plans and postpone making their album. Their last live show before the global lockdown was March 14 2020 at the Vive Latino 2020 Festival in Mexico City.This did not stop The Warning from performing though, they played a full concert set from their basement studio/rehearsal space for free for their fans on KZbin and Facebook achieving well over 50,000 simultaneous viewers on March 25, 2020. They have since performed from The Warning Cave a couple more times including for the city of Brownsville, Tx. for the Fourth of July virtual celebration and later in the summer for a charity event with rock legends like Slash and Ringo Star. On August 9th 2020 The Warning announced to their Patreon community that after seven long months of negotiations they had signed a five record deal with Lava Records, a label under the Republic Records and Universal Music family. During the announcement they reiterated their dedication to their own creative integrity and dedicated fans on Patreon and were able to retain both in their record contract with Lava. In Sept of 2020 The Warning traveled to New Jersey, USA to begin rehearsal and eventually recording of their third album. After three months of recording and a month and a half of mastering, mixing and editing the third album was completed at the beginning of February, 2021. All that remains as of 22/02/21 is the album design and artwork and logistics of the release which will hopefully happen by the end of 2021. In March of 2021 The Warning was invited to cover a song from Metallica's eponymous 5th album (The Black Album) with Canadian Grammy and Juno award winning pop star Alessia Cara for Metallica's Blacklist album. A 30th anniversary celebration for the Metallica album. They selected to record Enter Sandman, a fitting song because it was this song that propelled The Warning 7 years previous into stardom. The Warning reimagined the song with Alessia and produced a fresh new feeling that goes above and beyond what others have done with the song... On October 8th, 2021, The Warning released six songs that were recorded for the new album on an EP titled Mayday with the remaining 6 songs to be released at a later date. Their forst show was on Saltillo Mx followed by a short set openning for Mammoth WVH in Las Vegas, NV and another short set opening for Sammy Hagar in Austin Tx at the SXSW Festival. Hi Nina! As one of my all-time favorite artists, it was awesome to see this reaction. Been following you since around the time you went solo. Loved and still love listening to The Beat Is Dead. Saw you live here in my hometown of El Paso with Wild Moccasins and got to meet you really quick after the show for a picture. It was my actual birthday and my wife gave me the tickets as a present. Disciple is a song I hope you check out. It really shows cases all three ladies. A song with a message, Ale's killer bass line, The harmonies of all three, The duet between Dany and Pau, the great fills on the drums and the melodic guitar riffs. These three wonderful ladies are great role models as well. They have family values and have surrounded themselves with a great team.

Hey... I've been watching these girls since they were barely big enough to sit on a piano bench. That's where they started their musical journey.. then they got the Rock Band game. That was that, they ask for real instruments. Very young not even double digits in age yet.. anyhow, I've been a rock fan for 50+ year's and all of a sudden. After years of looking for something worth listening to, I'm very happy to have watched this band grow up into a kick-A$# band. Something about their music that makes a person happy... Nina, great reaction! Hopefully you'll look and listen further into The Warning. You'll have a lot to catch up on, of course but it's well worth the trip. They've been releasing pro shot video of a concert from last fall that they performed ant Teatro Metropolitan in Mexico City. Awesome show. Fun fact -- When they first played this song for their producer his initial reaction was positive but he said it was too slow and asked if they could speed it up. So they bumped it up by 10 bpm and the result was perfect.

As I'm sure the incredibly enthusiastic Warning Army has already mentioned repeatedly, along with lengthy, detailed biographies and playlists complete with links, that The Warning is best when listening to their live performances. This is absolutely 100% correct. However, I highly recommend listening to the album versions and music videos of their songs for comparison, as well as for more content for your channel. The rabbit hole is deep, and this is only the beginning. I remember seeing Girl In A Coma play live with my brother at a pub in my town. We both loved your music and were so impressed we bought your album "Both Before I'm Gone" that same night. Looking forward to reconnecting with your music and exploring your channel more.

Of course I enjoyed your content but since I already knew that I mostly came here to see how you reacted to it. Needless to say, I can tell that you pretty much felt the same way I did when I first saw this. I have to add that I like this reaction partly because of how you look and sound, but your connection to music and being able to understand where these sisters come from also helps. I stumbled on to a TEDx video from 2016 highlighting The Warning just last year, when they were 16, 14, and 11, and the first thing I thought was that they were going to revive Rock&Roll. They make great albums and their live videos are amazing, but to SEE them LIVE is the best ever! I made a 7 hour trip to see them play for 35 minutes. Would do it again in a heartbeat!

They also did a wonderful cover of Metallica's Atlas Rise. One version is in their home studio "Cave", and the other at the end of a gig at the Whiskey A Go-Go bar in LA (where Ale the bass player, 13 at the time, looks like she's going to pass out but keeps going).

Welcome to the rabbit hole. Yes they have covered Enter Sandman, twice. The first was in 2014, it was loaded onto Facebook by there dad so their out of town family could see what they where up too. It was their first viral KZbin and is now around 22m. They all learn classical piano and they can all still play. As of 2023; Dany 23, lead vocals (75%), Harmonies, Lead guitar and can play the Sax (not in the band so far), Pau (Pow) 21 Drummer, lead vocals (25%), Harmonies, Ale (Alayh) 18, Bass, Harmonies, lead vocals very rear (Sings lead as needed when her sisters are having an issue, maybe 3 times, they are moments cherished by fans), She doesn't like singing lead and would sooner leave it to her sisters. I can't think of a rock trio that has 3 leads. They have 40+ originals all written by themselves. All three have written songs but most are words and concept by Pau, then the other two come in and add their input and bits. They have 3 albums (2 independent) and 2 Eps. They play better live than they are on recordings, or so I have been told (I'm on the wrong side of the world so far, here 2023 🤞).

You have welcomed in The Warning Army with your reaction. I have nothing to add as TWA has exploded with comments here. I did see them live twice in 2022...met their manager Rudy on both occasions. This band is about to become history in the likes of Muse, Rush, Queen, Black Sabbath, Metallica, etc. All of these have inspired this bands flavor of rock. I've been following them for three years now. I listen to their music every day. Viva la Warning!

They are better live than studio (their studio is awesome). A wall of sound. They hit the stage at energy 11 and it goes up from there. This video was shot in 2 hours with 16 iPhones and a drone.
