Vivziepop mentioned that Alastor, the character who owns Husk’s soul, practices voodoo. I find it kind of funny that a character known for using voodoo shares a voice actor with a character who is owned by someone who uses voodoo.

Yeah the “ooohh” right at the end is so GOOD it’s one of my favorite parts of this song (aside from power bottom at rock bottom of course) But the song in general is just *chef’s kiss. It’s so dang groovy, the voices harmonize so well and it’s the only full-time Husker song, no wonder it was an immediate fan favorite when the first four episodes dropped. It also addresses the subject matter of the episode in a respectful way without being depressing

Do you know what Randy Newman, the main person responsible for the music for "The Princess and The Frog", supposedly once said about Keith David's singing talent? He is said to have said, "David would have been a really great jazz singer... if he hadn't become such a great actor." We will probably never know whether this is true or not, but I think we do know one thing for sure: Newman would have been right with it

Oh, by the way, this needs to be on Broadway, as a series. You want to blow everyone's minds? This will turn Broadway into a phenomenon. A cross between a KISS concert and Phantom. It would be incredible. People would pile in to see the next installment, and, more than that, experience the music. This just floors me. I think it's one of the best things in adult entertainment since...well, I shouldn't say.

Being German and living with dubs my whole life, I probably never heard Keiths voice before this show, but he is just so perfect for the role! His duett with Blake is pure perfection. Also, I find it hilarious, that they made him sing the words: "power bottom at rock bottom". 😂
