It was a sad experience to loose the real Kikuyu music legend John Demathew. I saw Jimmy Wayuni perfoming here during the burial of his friend Demathew. To add salt to the injury, Jimmy Wayuni died the following year in a fatal road accident. The cruel hand of death robbed us of two music icons John Demathew and Jimmy Wayuni. RIP our icons.
