I feel like xikers having Maddox leading their development team instead of Eden (who leads ATEEZ's) is what gave xikers this free-spirited and experimental kind of strength. both groups have the KQ Vibes but its so different and its so strong and so solidly their own, and I love it.

@@priestboy16 I am not on twitter but I saw some document like that. Sorry, but Maddox isn’t xikers head producer, it is still Eden. You can check the producer’s credits for this album and their others. He is there but his name isn’t first though,he is third for witch in the album. I think that document just shows which fraction of KQ handles which group and soloist like the JYP’s different units. Maddox and Eden are both under KQ as solo artists, maybe ateez team handles Eden solo activities and Maddox team does xikers’. The only that changed was hongjoong was part of this project.

But I could be wrong here cause when I saw the thing I was like huh... that makes sense. either way I like the fact that the 2 groups have very different style and direction~ :3

It's all good. It's cool knowing that their own idols work together with the producers and writers. Remember Yechan, Sumin, and Minjae write their own raps. 😊

@@lunerlilly yes yes, that's why I said I'm not disregarding their talent and efforts. I'm talking here mainly about the music's quality and production, not the vocals or performance talents, or in some cases the lyrics bc those credits ofc go for the members. And I know in many cases they help producing too or participate. What I meant with my comment is how KQ producers bend their spines to make all these bangers happen with insanely good quality. That's not taking away from the member's efforts and talents.

I LOVE the mixed meter in this. Not that many kpop songs use mixed meter or 6/8 and it helps keep their "tricky" theme alive. As for Sumins rap about 1:26, it does refer to when he comes onto the track when the MVs intro isnt there
