To me, this is the "cutesier" song, because of how she's acting out the verse and chorus, and even the affectation on the rap parts, but her voice in general is clear and quite sweet so she might come off as cute even if she's just singing something straight.

One of the things I find interesting about the song is the contrast between the lyrics and the actual music. The anime Oshi No Ko has a lot of dark themes that the song, being made for the anime, reflects in the lyrics. So for english listeners like me you wouldn't notice it because the song is very bright and bubbly, but the lyrics are actually quite bleak and dejecting. Another thing to note is that without the context of the anime you might not understand just how depressing the lyrics actually are.
