Listening to this song, thinking about MM. This song is telling about his feelings for the distant future that he'll probably never have with DK . Imagine being in this world , alone for a long time and then you met the love of your life and it's just a blink of an eye comparing to the time he's existed . But for him, it's worth it. There is a difference between boring and slow burn story. This was always about symbolic value of life and death, past and new relationships, first love, and finding a purpose to live or to give up. It was all about self-sacrifice, and I think all the characters did that in their own unique ways. People need to see past the prejudice they have for this drama and learn what's written in between the lines, because only then will they see the message it carries. It has been a pleasure to follow this drama for these couple of months, both the plot and cast were good. And if it has flaws or not, which it might, since there's nothing perfect out there. However it's by those imperfections that we are able to fall deeply. Still I really enjoyed seeing InGuk and BoYoung in their roles together 💗

That's very well written, I wish the drama was more received because it deserved a lot more,but the truth is that usually people don't prefer these kind of genre which is kinda sad because genuinely it's very unique and fresh, I always wanted to watch these kind of drama but tbh there's literally no drama of this kinda style. At first even I was expecting a lot more like some action/mystery along with fantasy because that's how usually our brain works I guess 😂but then I realized I was expecting that from a melodrama series, after which I started enjoying the drama for the storytelling and the actors. I absolutely loved the little life lessons the drama taught us and how gracefully the actors breathed life into their characters.

I love how you put into words what I've been feeling ever since I finished watching this drama. I've seen a lot of people say it's boring but I couldn't even sleep properly unless I knew what came next in the following episodes. I used to watch multiple dramas in a week, but after watching DAYS , I lost the enthusiasm watching other dramas, never got over yet with DAYS...I kept watching it over and over and over...and also the behind the scenes...love inguk and boyoung chemistry...and this ost by inguk himself...kamsahamnida tvn for giving us this unique story and amazing actors...more power!

Listening to this song, I feel like I'm in an orchestra hall, sitting all alone on the seats, while Myul-mang and Dong-Kyung staring at each other on the stage. And of course, all I can do is crying as if my heart broken into million pieces. The song just represents Myulmang's feeling towards Dong-Kyung perfectly. So sad yet so beautiful. 판타지 드라마 이지만 꼭 환상만 있는 건 아니더라. 현실적 이고 여운(감동)도 가득하고 배움도 있었어. 그토록 즐겨보던 드라마를 안 본지 몇 년 됐었는데 다시 TV 앞에 가게 됐어. 그리고 사랑이 뭔지 간접적 이지만 조금은 알 것 같은데 나도 그런 사랑을 해보고 싶어지네. 다음 주면 마지막 회 인데 김사람은, 탁동경은 마지막이 아닐 듯 해🙂 고마운 드라마 였어➰

People who don't like "Doom At Your Service" are the people who only like watching typical romcom kdrama tropes so they don't know how to appreciate good kdramas. Obviously they're good too, but there are kdramas for every mood and this is a heartwarming and meaningful drama, with a little bit of comedy.

Let me add some. Also, they are the type who like action and thriller series. I think the teaser released by the production team has made people think that this drama would be full of thrill and suspense with some adrenaline rush and dark mode. Meaning it has pulled the wrong crowd and they start to watch it with the wrong expectation. When they find out that the drama is kind of melodrama and slow paced story, no killing, hatred, fighting etc which doesn't suit their interest, they feel disappointed and start to critisize it.. if the teaser shows more of the comedy and romantic side of the story, it would have pulled more right crowd. Just my opinion.

Rom-com usually the plot not much depth. It's more comedy scenes and cliched romance scenes. Crime thriller are usually dark and heavy. I prefer the latter one but if I watched too many dark theme crime drama sometimes I enjoy one or two rom-com to 'balance' the dark feelings. For Doom at Your Service, I feel that the destruction of the world seems to have taken a backseat and not much was mentioned later. It is more on whether to sacrifice the lead guy (dissipate) to let the lead gal survive. I mean obviously based on lead gal's good nature and kind hearted personality she would not really want the world to end becos that would also means her whole family/loved ones would be gone. Whether she wish for the world destruction or breach the contract it seems like a lose-lose situation to her 😓
