Ends are inevitable but that doesn't make it any easier. Roger and The Who have been a constant for me since 1981 when a high school chum suggested I should go see The Kids Are Alright. I managed to see them in 1982, 1989, 2000, and twice in 2016. Thank you Roger.

Constant for me since ‘65, soundtrack to my life. Thankful to see Roger & Pete at the RAH in London just a few weeks back, still hitting hard.

Recall the scandal! "Who, who, who, who... Who the F are you." Enjoying the intimacy of Roger and his band. Playlist topical and well deserved at Mar A Loco🤪 (know the Rog💟 not afraid to talk a bit of politics) Just Another Tricky Day🍀

Yes, thank you for this! 👍 Roger cancelled his show for June 27th in Indianapolis. I was looking forward to seeing it, because I recently became a fan of The Who and I really enjoy the music, and I am halfway through Roger's autobiography which I am really enjoying. 😃

@@musicsdca The simple answer is that someone was sitting somewhere other than his seat, and security unilaterally created a problem where there wasn't one. It was one of my seats. I knew the guy. We had no problem. Then when security made a problem, my friend escalated and got belligerent. It was a mess. I'm grateful Roger intervened. I'm grateful Roger re-started the song.

Considering all that he's been through in music for 60+ years, Roger sounds GREAT!! Doing all of these songs in their original keys at 80 is just REMARKABLE! The band is pretty good too. Special shout out to bass player Jon Button. Not trying to imitate John Entwistle, but just playing the tastiest bass parts I've heard in a long time.

I jumped in the middle here and maybe there’s a song list - but did - Rog do any songs from “Raging Moon “ 🌙 I’ll listen anyway - I am too far from any venue ! Sux for me. ! I wish Pete would do a solo tour of his work . I’d love to hear songs like “Stop Hurting People” etc.

@musicsdca
@musicsdca 7 ай бұрын
This is a solo tour, he has 10+ solo albums. I loved the two from 1980's McVicar you don't normally get to hear at a Who show. He hints at something upcoming, an "all request tour with a different set of musicians.."
