But a lot of us who aren't rich DO ALSO base our vote on ethical considerations. Everything doesn't (and shouldn't) have to be about money. I would argue though, that a main reason politics has become only about money for most people is *our terrible health care system that is unbelievably expensive and burdensome for most people*--the fear of losing your life savings to illness convinces a lot of Americans that "you can never have enough money", and prevents a lot of people from thinking about living life in other ways than constantly pursuing wealth. Just something consider anyway.
