For the empower bonus it gives on a bleeding target. Works on both weapons

​@@StrawHatRickkwhat you think about deep freeze / musket build? Viable? Take ice storm, ice showers, entombed and put tomb perk on weap for a 2500 heal and also you do 15% more damage on rooted/chilled/frozen targets so you could stack musket damage from the chills?

@@bulgarintv I think it would hit hard. Personally I wouldn’t play it but definitely viable. Large scale I would use the storm wall and entomb and for small scale I’d probably swap out entomb for pylon.
