It's always awesome to see a walters can. It's was my family's brewery in the old Eau Claire days.

Awesome.video guys. Were using the same rod combos throwing baits as you were drowning the suckers? Looking for a good setup that won't break my bank for a week trip to lake chataqua next year.

Great Musky Content, as always Mike! If you guys like small river fishing you really need to come down to Virginia and get with us! We have some of the best Musky fisheries on the east coast here and we would love to provide the boats and lodging and have you guys down for a few days! Check out our channel if you want a better idea of what Virginia has to offer! And best of all our season goes through the winter, no closed water and the bite gets better and better all winter long! Post Spawn in May & June is fantastic as well! Keep up the great work guys!

live bait is cheating: change my mind

Jason Bourne not here to change your mind. We believe that to be a versatile angler, you need to fish multiple ways.

I can't imagine a lamer way to fish for muskie than with live suckers under a bobber.
@keyesoutdoors5 жыл бұрын
Brady Burmeister lol thanks?!? I mean to be a good angler you have to be well rounded and have to be able to fish multiple ways... Plus, we do enjoy it. But have a good day!
@DBB575 жыл бұрын
You're letting a live sucker do the fishing for you...on a catch and release game fish. You don't see the ridiculousness in that? Gear or fly it's all good but using live swimbaits for a catch and release fish is just silly.@@keyesoutdoors
@daltonoelke-hamm91535 жыл бұрын
The only people I know who catch and release besides myself are musky guides. And as for live suckers..everyone I know uses them. Even the guides. Why? Because it works and is effective. Fighting a musky on live bait is just as fun as lures. It’s preference.
@keyesoutdoors5 жыл бұрын
shadow dmx thank you for the nice response. Plus.... we landed a few fish using this technique because it does work. Good luck this season. Also, we don’t “let” the sucker do all the work. We are still chucking lures the entire time.

The last part was in response to Brady’s “lamer” comment.
