The most interesting video i've seen in quite a long time.. most muskie , (walleye or bass video's) its all emo music, shit drone footage slomo footage, and too much trying to be funny talk. This video is really awesome.. you can feel the thrill the action about whats gonna happen great stuff

Hallo. Ok, I give up. I'am Alex, from Poland, and your film made me and my friends crazy. This IS THE MAIN REASON for us to visit Canada, perhaps next year. Please tell me, where you were fishing.. Some contact to local guide's... Greetings. Alex.

We're going to the north end of the lake on July 13-July 19. Were staying at Andy Meyers lodge. Should be very fun. Have you ever fished the north end of the lake?
@Brencon211 жыл бұрын
@sguitars58 sometimes the Muskie is following the lure and if you swirl it at the boat it could go for it then

It is a great lake to fish, north end has bigger fish, but a lot less action, south end has more action. We are going there 1st week of July, when are you going. If you fish the south end check out Century Lodge, we have stayed there about 6 times now, Rich, Kay and Randy will treat you right. If you need some spots to fish let us know, we can mark up a map for you.

Amazing fishing man!! What would you suggest as a good starting rig for a rod/ reel combo (under $250/ 300) for musky. I missed one today fishing for Bass .... rod just wasn't enough for a good hook set ... I missed the hit 7 hours ago .... I'm still shaking.

You tried to land the Muskie at 2:00 wayyy too quickly. Also-why hold the rod at the carbon, puts unnecessary strain on it.

It isn't a whole lot different from bass the techniques are very similiar. Only difference is the need for heavier tackle and if you want to land big fish bigger baits. If you would ussually use a spinnerbait for bass, use a giant spinnerbait. Rubber tube/Giant rubber tube, sinking lure.swimbait/ Giant lure/swimbait you get the idea. Where there are smallie's there are muskies.

@habistheguy1348 жыл бұрын
When they are done reeling it in to the boat why do they move their lures on the surface
@Scoobarruu8 жыл бұрын
It's called doing the figure 8. Muskie will sometimes follow the lure all the way up to the boat and not strike, so do a figure 8 loop at boat side to coax a strike.
